Nero D'Avola, today, can be defined as the prince of Sicilian vines. Now undoubted is its affirmation worldwide as red grape variety from the great quality, which produce fine wines of great substance and spessore.La vinification makes it one of the greatest Italian red wines: structure, character powerful, intense, harmonious, warm, suitable for aging in fine woods.

Our Black D'Avola grapes are harvested by hand, in vineyards planted in the counter and low yield, which are left to soak for at least ten days at a controlled temperature, in steel, and then complete the aging in oak barrels.

Tasting our Nero d'Avola has an intense ruby red color, brilliant, vibrant, with violet hues; the aroma is complex and persistent, with notes of violets and spices (liquorice and cloves); prune, cherry, blackberry, black currant, raspberry, leather and tobacco, are some of the features and major hints that characterize it
