Right of withdrawal

 

As required by Legislative Decree of 06/09/2005, n.206 and subsequent additions and amendments on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts, if you are a consumer who has acted for purposes unrelated to his professional activity may withdraw the purchase contract, returning to Az. Agricola Blandano the goods purchased and a refund of the price paid, with no additional charges or penalties payable by you. Can cancel the purchase within 10 working days from receipt of the product / s you have purchased using the procedure of withdrawal explained below. That right is not however be exercised in the following cases:

 

 

PROCEDURE FOR WITHDRAWAL:

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal must return the goods received at his own expense, and integrates not used, Az. Agricola Blandano, within 10 days from the date of receipt of goods, attaching a copy of the invoice or DDT The restitution must be made via secured port. They will not accept parcels cash or in carriage. Az. Agricola Blandano will refund, after receiving the notice in which the consumer has expressed a willingness to withdraw from the purchase. Shipping costs and delivery will be borne by the consumer. Condition to exercise the right of withdrawal is the substantial integrity of the product and packaging.

In all cases of returning goods, transport costs are charged to the customer.

 

Contracts governed by these Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising out of contracts governed by these Terms and Conditions will be competent Court of Trapani. Pursuant to and by effect of articles 1341 and 1342 cc I have carefully read and understood these Terms and Conditions of Sale and accept the clauses above.
